Theory Unsupported
Did anyone trade on advance knowledge? No source found alleging it
Theories are not facts. This section collects speculation that others have published, including unverified forum comments, each with its source. We do not endorse any theory or say that it is true, and nothing here accuses any person or company of wrongdoing.
This is a question, not an allegation. We looked for anyone saying that someone traded on advance knowledge of the theft, and as of 2026-11-01 we have found no source that says so, either in our stored copies or in a web search. It says nothing about any person or firm.
This is a theory, not an established fact. Updated .
What the evidence does and does not show
The only market context we have captured is that Bitcoin was about 4% below its pre-attack price two days after, and that crypto shares fell the next day. That does not show or rule out such trading. Checking it would need exchange and derivatives data that we have not captured. If a credible source raises it, this page will quote that source.
